Surah Taha : 130
فَاصْبِرْ عَلَى
مَا يَقُولُونَ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ غُرُوبِهَا
وَمِنْ آنَاء اللَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْ وَأَطْرَافَ النَّهَارِ لَعَلَّكَ تَرْضَى
Oleh itu, bersabarlah engkau (wahai Muhammad) akan apa yang mereka katakan, dan beribadatlah dengan memuji Tuhanmu sebelum matahari terbit dan sebelum terbenamnya; dan beribadatlah pada saat-saat dari waktu malam dan pada sebelah-sebelah siang; supaya engkau reda (dengan mendapat sebaik-baik balasan).
Therefor ( O Muhammad ) , bear with what they say , and celebrate the praises of thy Lord ere the rising of the sun and ere the going down thereof . And glorify Him some hours of the night and at the two ends of the day , that thou mayst find acceptance .
你应当忍受他们所说的（谰言），你应当在太阳出落之前赞颂你的主，你应当在夜间和白昼赞颂他，以便你喜悦。
